Olet Sub-processors

This page is Annex 2 of the Olet Data Processing Addendum. It lists the third parties Olet engages to process personal information contained in Merchant Data on our behalf. UnderSection 5.2 of the DPA, we give merchants at least 15 days' notice of a new sub-processor by updating this page, and each sub-processor is bound by written data protection obligations no less protective than the DPA itself.
Payment processors, Shopify, Lightspeed, and other Third-Party Services that a merchant chooses to connect are that merchant's own service providers or independent controllers, not Olet sub-processors, and are not listed here. Vendors that process Olet's own account and marketing data, rather than merchant data, are described inSection 4 of the Privacy Policy.

Objecting to a sub-processor
If you reasonably object to a new sub-processor on data protection grounds within the notice period, email privacy@getolet.com with the reason. If we cannot resolve the objection, you may terminate the affected Service and close your account; under DPA Section 5.3 that is your sole remedy.
