Can Olet handle a full size run, including half sizes and widths?
Yes. Olet supports size, color, and other product attributes, so a style can carry its whole run, half sizes and widths included, with stock tracked on each variation rather than on the style as a whole.
Can I see which sizes have sold out before I reorder?
Yes. On-hand stock is tracked per variation and per location, so a broken size run shows up as the gap it is. Set reorder points and order quantities by item, and Olet drafts a purchase order for review when a level is reached.
Can I import my catalog from another system?
Yes. Olet supports product imports from Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and CSV.
Can staff process an exchange for a different size?
Yes. Returns and exchanges start from the sale record. Staff can look up past transactions by receipt or customer, reprint or resend receipts, and work inside configurable return windows with manager overrides where you require them.
Can I mark down end-of-run sizes without touching every item?
Yes. Promotions can include or exclude products by category, tag, brand, or individual item, with scheduled start and end times, location rules, stacking control, and redemption limits.
Can I choose my payment processor?
Yes. Olet supports Square, Stripe, and PayPal Zettle, and Olet also supports cash. Helcim (coming soon) is not available yet. Provider-specific setup, approval, rates, terms, and hardware requirements still apply.
Does Olet support physical inventory or cycle counts?
Physical and cycle-count workflows are coming soon. Olet currently supports inventory tracking and reporting, but does not yet support physical inventory or cycle counts.
