On supported iPhones and Android devices, the built-in card reader takes contactless payments with no separate terminal. Go paperless with email and SMS receipts, or connect a receipt printer. If it connects to your device, it most likely works.

Can I add or remove registers and locations?
Yes, from your billing page at any time. Each plan includes one location and one register. Additional locations are billed at the plan rate: $89 per month billed annually, or $129 per month. Additional registers are $29 per month billed annually, or $39 per month. Removing one takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Lite and Growth at any time, and your data stays in place. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate shown above, which works out to $89 per month instead of $129. Switching from monthly to annual applies the annual rate at your next renewal.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of Growth with no card required, and the free Lite plan never asks for one.
Is there a long-term contract, or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your billing page and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. All sales are final. See our refund policy at getolet.com/legal/refunds.
What level of customer support is included with my plan?
Both plans include migration support, so moving your catalog and history onto Olet is never gated behind a paid plan. Growth adds 24/7 chat and email support.
