Can Olet manage size and color variations?
Yes. Olet supports size, color, and other product attributes. Apparel and footwear retailers can keep variations tied to the product record while organizing the wider catalog by category, brand, and tag.
Can I import products and inventory?
Yes. Products can be created individually or imported with inventory in bulk. Olet supports CSV for importing products and inventory. The import process is simple, and the system will validate the data before creating records. If there are any errors, Olet will provide a report so you can fix them and re-import.
How does automatic reordering work?
The user chooses fixed-quantity or min/max reordering for each item, then sets the reorder point and amount to order. When the configured level is reached, Olet creates a draft purchase order for review. It does not send the order automatically.
Can I receive only part of a purchase order?
Yes. Olet supports partial and full receiving. The user can record missing or short-shipped quantities and continue working from the purchase-order record.
Can I manage more than one vendor and update costs?
Yes. Olet stores vendor profiles with contact details and billing and shipping addresses. Product cost can be set at the vendor level and changed while ordering or later as needed. You can assign multiple vendors to a product and choose which vendor to order from when creating a purchase order.
Does Olet support physical inventory or cycle counts?
Physical and cycle-count workflows are coming soon. Olet currently supports inventory tracking and reporting, but does not yet support physical inventory or cycle counts.
