Olet Refund Policy
Effective September 1, 2026Last updated September 1, 2026
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds. This includes unused time on monthly or annual plans, downgrades, and features you didn't end up using. Every account starts with a14-day free trial, no card required, so you can make sure Olet is right for you before paying anything.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime from your billing page with one click, no emails, no phone calls. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. If you're on a monthly plan that renews on the 1st and you cancel on the 15th, you keep full access until the end of the month. Same for annual plans: you keep access until your year is up.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically. If you're on an annual plan, we'll email you a reminder before your renewal date so it's never a surprise. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
Billing questions
If you see a charge you don't recognize or something looks wrong with your invoice, email us at help@getolet.com and we'll sort it out.
This page summarizes Section 5 of the Terms of Service, which governs if the two ever conflict. Paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle as our merchant of record; where Paddle elects to issue a refund under its own policies, that decision does not change this policy.
